i’m still pondering all of this…i see in the manual that David made a formulation on p.255 that is lower than the effective dose for both herbs. there is probably synergy going on between the herbs, but have we learned this? if i just went w/effective minimum dose, i’d be giving a much higher dosage of each. i’m unclear how to make these decisions in my own capsule formulating… i also find myself wondering about mixing both herbs into one capsule as opposed to giving herbs in separate capsules–i imagine there is something about the gut receiving a mix at the same time that is beneficial? thank you for answering all my questions!
