Hi. I am a bit confused about the herb amounts/ water in the water extract section of the course. I note that Seraphina talks about using 25grams of herbs per 500ml water for strong infusions. Then, in the Connect & Learn book, I see that many herbs have a tea formulation that adds up to 25 grams, then instructions to use 2 teaspoons per cup water (see page 203 for an example). This seems considerably less than the 25 grams/500ml (or 12.5g/250ml) discussed in the video. Which is the correct amount for a medicinal quality infusion/decoction? How am I to understand this discrepancy? Or am I misunderstanding something?
