Hello Kenton!
2 questions:
1. For the purpose of the exam, should hemorrhoids always be considered organ prolapse? For example, if we get a question like the following:
Patient is coming to y ou for dizziness, especially when she is tired. She also has very low energy, and shortness of breath with exertion. She suffers from hemorrhoids very often, even without pushing hard. Her tongue is pale with a white coating, a very weak pulse.
Would the answer to this question be qi and blood deficiency or Spleen Qi Sinking?
2. Could you please clarify the definition of a “long” pulse?
Thank you!
