Hello, can you give me your thoughts on herbs as salad greens? Today I was out for a walk, grazing, and there was strawberry leaf, raspberry berries & obviously leaves, perfect red clover flowers, apples, yarrow leaf… I remembered that yarrow at one point was considered a salad green and I wondered if there was any reason to prefer infusions over eating the strawberry and raspberry leaves and the red clover other than that infusions are enjoyable. Perhaps more plant matter can be consumed when it’s concentrated in an extract. But eating them is so fresh and the consumption complete.
I’d love to hear others thoughts on this.
