Hi!
This week I am harvesting a ton of red clover. From the book it seems as though they offer combinations for nourishment, nervous system support and detox. A few of my friends have used this for premenopause symptoms, specifically hot flashes. Can we also suggest red clover for this and if so, what would be the dosage suggested? I am assuming the tincture is more potent and better for this but I am not sure.
