Hi there!
Happy Tuesday!!

A few questions regarding treating menstrual cramps and also to support getting off the birth control pill.

I have had a request to look into treating menstrual cramps. I do not have the ingredients fresh in order to make the suggested tincture (missing valerian) or the capsules (missing crampbark). So my suggestion would be to begin including raspberry leaf tea into the diet, to take turmeric capsules 4x daily before the onset of the cramps and then until the cramps subside. To suppliment with fresh ginger tea throughoout the time of the cramps and to possibly include a valerian tincture just before the onset and during. I was just wondering if there was something that I should do differently or that I could make myself. I do have camomile and calendula handy as well as of course ginger, turmeric, raspberry leaves and mint. She said that she had heard something about primrose oil but we did not cover this during the course.

Secondly she was asking about what she could take to help her system accomodate better getting off the pill. I am not sure this was covered in the course.

Thank you!
Michele
