Serephina was adding some sweet cherry juice to one of the syrups. We have sour cherry trees on our property and I was wondering if I could make sour cherry juice and use that instead? I am assuming that is very easy and the answer is yes ! With the sour flavor , I am assuming that it would have some different medicinal properties to it than the sweet cherry.
