Hello!
I enrolled in the Online Community Herbalist Program last April. I’ve only now started the second section, Wild Medicinals Herb Walk. (Not out of lack of interest or enjoyment! Just life…) Anyways, I was going through the online assignments and noticed that for the Wild Medicinals Herb Walk, the assignment requires taking photos of plants. I also saw that backyard gardening also has an assignment requiring actually growing plants and documenting the process. I live in Calgary where the growing season is very short. I also currently have very little space indoors or outdoors for growing (I live with my family right now). I understand that if I want to receive my certification at the end of the program, I need to finish by next April. So I would have to finish up these assignments by the end of this summer. Is it possible to skip around a bit? For example, can I jump to backyard gardening to make sure I get it finished this summer as that will be my last chance? Also, are you aware of any other assignments that I would have to complete in the summer/growing season? Those were the two that I saw, but I just wanted to check. I hope this all made sense, let me know if not. Thank you so much!
Take care,
Andrea
