I have a follow up question! I am making a mineral vinegar and I didn’t fill the jar to the top with vinegar and it seems like some of the plant material might now be sticking out… do you think I should still use it, or maybe add more vinegar so that the jar is totally full? It’s been macerating for 10 days.
