I am also waiting to hear back from our local insurance company as well as Interior Health on guidelines for food.
I don’t plan on making any health claims, as mention in the herbal course. I believe my tincture might fall under the food agency at this point. I will dive into this soon.
Also. I just thought of this and will look it up myself. Can you substitute alcohol with glycerite to make a mushroom tincture? I am wondering if you would get the same health benefits this way?
