Hey Amelia! This is a great question, thanks for bringing attention to this. I agree, the word “calming” is too general. The question should have asked, “Which of these herbs are nervines?” The answer is Hawthorn and Rose. I’ve fixed the question and if you’d like to, you can re-take the quiz.
