Hey Jess! I’m so glad you’re enjoying everything so far. I poked around and was able to find Ribwort Plantain offered through Mountain Rose Herbs – please see this link.
If you can easily access Broadleaf Plantain, I’d suggest using that. The two are for the most part interchangeable though the Ribwort has more of an affinity for the sinuses and lungs. The good news is that in the spring you will likely be able to find Ribwort Plantain growing wild.
Some other herbs that may assist you are Elderflowers and Marshmallow leaf.
