Since we released the original PDF e-book, we have made many revisions and will be replacing this PDF with the updated version very soon. This will be the exact same content that is inside the printed books.
Printing at staples has proven to be very expensive! We highly recommend that you wait for our printed version available this month. Thanks so much for your patience on this!
