Apologies for the late reply here, I’ve been asking around for you and something just came through!
There is a herb grower in Burnaby, who is actually a herbal student too, that has herb starts available for sale.
She currently has echinacea, ashwagandha, elecampane, motherwort, lemon balm, calendula, skullcap, chamomile and soon will have marshmallow, tulsi, and rhodiola.
