I am looking at BPH, and the herbs indicated here are Saw Palmetto and Nettle root, as well as horsetail as a bladder tonic. These are herbs I learned from the textbook and videos. I am not sure what other herbs would be good in this condition… Uva Ursi is more indicated for infection I think… I am finding it difficult to come up with something other than what has been listed already in the course, especially if we are only to use the Materia Medica plants that are part of the program. Can you help me out with any leads to look into more? Thanks!
