Hello! I have a question about distinguishing the medicinal properties of the two different chamomiles. I see it’s German chamomile that we are focusing on…And, I notice that Roman chamomile was also mentioned (and growing in the garden on the herb walk near the German chamomile:). I happen to have some Roman chamomile growing in my garden (given as a gift). So I’m wondering if it might be a possibility to speak to it’s medicinal properties as well? It’s aroma is beautiful, and so far my daughter and I have been having fun making dried flower sachets, but beyond that, would love to know about it’s medicine beyond smelling wonderful.
