Hi, I have a question about calendula for infused teas. The first batch of calendula I bought was just the petals and was lovely in a tea. But the second batch I bought had the whole flower heads and included flower heads with dried/brown calyxes; bought from a reputable herbal supplier. I used it to make infused oil (removing the worst of the brown calyxes/heads), but it didn’t seem appealing for making a tea. Was I being too fussy, or is it fine to add it all to a tea?
Thanks
