I’d love help understanding why this is not Kidney Yin Deficiency (but Lung Yin Deficiency).
Does Lung Yin Deficiency tend to result in 5-palm heat and a tongue that is red and w/o coat?
Those Sx seem too systemic for LU Yin Def., alone, which is why I chose KD Yin Def.

Thanks for your help! I did really badly on this exam. After getting high 70s and 80s on most of them, I got 61% on this one. I’m just wanting to make sure that I’m not missing important pieces in my differential diagnosis skills, as the exam is only 6 days away.
