Thank you for reaching out. This sounds like a very challenging situation for the poor fella. I can say that your suggestions could be supportive and as long as he has no allergies or is on medication they are all safe to a degree. The myrhh and goldenseal tincture will be quite strong and potentially painful as a topical application. If it is impetigo, this can be tricky to heal up and there are some great plants and tricks for working with it but since this is not a clinical level herbal course and we aren’t in clinical training/I’m not seeing this patient here in a clinical training situation I cannot provide any more suggestions for this case for safety reasons.
However if you would like to access more support you can attend a clinical session through the student clinic at PRC with this child or he can attend with his parents.
