As a general suggestion, nervous system supportive herbs would be helpful. There are also some supplements that can support the reduction of tic symptoms, but to recommend something that would be specific, effective and safe, you will need to work 1-1 with a herbal practitioner/or training student, since I cannot give out health advice on this platform. Each person is different in their presentation, health and health history ( including medications).
If you are unable to access a herbal practitioner near you, there is a free clinic run through PRC campus with the herbal students who are supervised. They also offer online consults here.
