Hi Rachel,

This is a good question, garlic can be quite strong. You can include it however works best for you. Some ideas for fresh: Make a garlic infused honey or oil. Make it nice and strong. You can then add this so salad dressings, take it by the teaspoon, include it on any food you eat.
If you can handle eating raw garlic straight you can gate it into food after it’s cooked or straight onto salads, or even like a pill (cut in half and swallowed whole).
3-4 cloves a day is a very large amount for some people. Even 1 raw garlic clove can cause some major digestive discomfort for some.
If you need to cook garlic to be able to digest it well, this is okay, just cook it slightly or the honey/oil infusion is a good choice in this case.

I know that isn’t much of a clear answer, but I hope it helps give you inspiration of how you can take as much raw garlic a day as possible.
