Hi! I did my 5 element assessment and I am fairly even across the board (6 water, 8 wood, 7 fire, 5 Earth and 3 metal) my imbalances generally tend to lean towards heat/ damp heat from what I learned about in the course. I just want to make sure that I understand the best flavors/foods for balancing damp heat – this seems to be the pattern that I have the hardest time understanding how to balance.
