Hi everyone! I’m Aerin and I live in a small town in Northern Alberta. I have a busy almost 2-year-old son who is my whole world. During pregnancy and postpartum I really became passionate about holistic health. I’ve always loved cooking and gardening, so this course seemed like a very natural next step. I teach yoga part time and also have my prenatal yoga certification. It is the dream to leave my 9-5 office job, get my doula certification and start up a practice in my small town. I would love to be able to help my students, new moms and my son on a deeper level by having a better understanding about nutrition and overall holistic wellness. I am so excited to be here!!
