Hi,
I have few questions about the use of E.O.
1- How long can we use E.O. ( diluted 1-6 % in carrier oil) for massaging muscle aches and pain? Peter mentioned that the oil does end up in the blood stream ( 4% if skin is not covered but up to 75% if the skin is covered for 30 mins after the massage). So I guess it depends on the oil but is there a average time?
2- What would be the average shelf life once the E.O is mixed with the carrier oil?
3- What on-line E.O. resources and/or book you would suggest.
