I’d recommend tailoring your assignment to your Vikruti (current imbalance or deviation) with a goal of getting back into balance toward your Prakruti (original nature), where you’re more dominant in Pitta. For you, this will look like nourishing your fire (Pitta) while minimizing Kapha inducing foods and activities. Think warm, cooked and spiced meals, nourishing activities like nature walks, grounding movement, and finding what brings you a spark of joy and passion.
