Hi,
I want to harvest balsam poplar buds (Populus balsamifera) and I was planning on doing a warm oil extraction as it is fresh plant material. I plan on using 1 part plant for 2 parts avocado oil, keep the lid open and simmer at 40C for 6 hrs. Am I on the right track? Any other suggestion?
