Hi! I’m Isabel, 26 y/o and I am half Italian and half Dutch. I spent my early years in Bologna (Italy), before moving to Amsterdam to pursue my creative studies in Fashion Branding and Visual Culture.
I work as an art director and brand designer, but in recent years, I’ve felt increasingly disconnected from the industry in terms of the personal fulfillment it brings me. While I’ll keep loving the creative world, I’ve found myself drawn toward something deeper: the desire to help others live optimally and with more balance.
My journey into holistic nutrition began after struggling with health issues caused by a fast-paced, unbalanced lifestyle and a lack of awareness about what truly defines a healthy way of living. As my curiosity grew, I started exploring Eastern medicine, beginning with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda. This led me to discover a fascinating world that I actively experimented with, witnessing firsthand the transformative effects on my own healing journey.
