I have a few questions about herbs in pregnancy.
1) why isn’t red raspberry leaf safe during the first trimester? is it safe to start it during second trimester? if so, what is the general recommended dose?
2) is the tincture ‘mother’s cordial’ safe to have after 37 weeks, to help with labour? I just wanted to make sure as there is no mention about the herbs from this tincture in the section about using herbs safely during pregnancy.
3) are those lactation teas safe to use during third trimester and breastfeeding to help with milk production?
