Hi there, I tried making the eczema cream recipe in the manual and am wondering why chamomile tincture is used as an ingredient. I followed the instructions and made the lotion but it hurt my little one’s skin because of the alcohol content (his skin was broken due to scratching). Wouldn’t chamomile infused oil be a better option or am I missing something? Is the tincture used to preserve the cream?
