Thank you for sharing the recipe Riley! I wish there were more recipes included in the course. Especially for snacks, we grew up in a culture of always having an afternoon snack, -we call it “merienda”- (sort of like afternoon Tea, kind of thing. It involves a baked product, usually sweet and a hot beverage or milk for kids); and I find I always struggle to find nourishing recipes where I can bake a batch of something and use it for the week. Baked treats that are not overly sweet, nourishing and help you last until dinner time.
