Common names can make things hard, but Elymus repens is the grass you are looking for and it is commonly called couch grass, and quack grass by some.
Grasses and reeds can be notoriously difficult to identify especially is they are not in flower, but for some more in depth descriptions on how to identify them, I’d recommend searching for ‘Elymus repens identification’ rather than couch grass ID.
