Hi,
Based on what I’ve read in our book and also in our lessons, I understand that Comfrey could be poisonous for our liver and shouldn’t be taken internally. We also know that our skin absorbs everything and our liver has to deal with whatever we rub on it later. So, I wonder if we use Comfrey salve or oil for our pains often, wouldn’t it be bad for our liver?
