Hi Fara,

Due to safety and legal reasons I am not able to give out health advice/specific herb advice about personal cases through the boards. I can recommend the suggestions that I did above, to look at her personal causes, sustaining factors etc. as guided in the Therapeutics course.
But for this case and situation I would highly recommend having a consult (this can be done virtually so you both can be at home/together when you attend the appointment) with a Registered Herbalist or through the student clinic (the student clinic appointments are also free and they are supervised/guided by teacher and registered herbalists).
