Hello! My name is Louise and I am excited to be undertaking this journey. I live on beautiful Vancouver Island and I have two grown children and an eight year-old grandson. We live a simple life and follow a whole foods, plant-based diet. I am increasingly concerned about health misinformation and I’m looking forward to learning about working with herbs and natural ways of being and healing. With the knowledge I gain I hope to be able to bring options to friends and family to support them. I look forward to learning with and learning from all of you.
