Hi there, I am just finishing up the Internal Medicine Section and am curious about shelf life of vinegars as well as oxymels.
At one point the instructor says the vinegars can last for 3 years but in the example recipes provided in the course she notes to use up within 6 months, can you provide clarity on that?
Also would the oxymels have a longer shelf life as they have honey in them, curious how that works as they are not entirely honey.
