Hi Mandy, great question!
You can create your Mung Bean monograph in whichever way you like. You do not have to format it in the way the monographs are in the course. Many students have just created a word document or PDF with all details included that are required for the assignment. If you do want to get creative, you could try Canva (they have a free version you can use). Canva is very user friendly, fun, and easy.
