Hello, my valerian plants are growing like crazy and filled with flowers.
1. Should I leave the flowers on or should I cut them? Because I’m worried they take all the energy from the roots
2. Do flowers have any medicinal benefits?
3. This is the second year since I planted the seeds, should I wait till next year to harvest the root?
