Hello,

I made a dandelion vinegar using dandelion flowers and apple cider vinegar. However, I forgot about it and let it sit (in a cool, dark place) for 2 months. Yikes! I opened it today and it looks fine – there’s no mold whatsoever – so I’ve strained it into a sanitized jar. I have yet to taste it though. Will it be okay to use?
