Thanks for your answer, Benna. My main reason for asking is that though I’m usually at home and able to give the infused oil a shake or two everyday, I’m going to be away from home for over a week in a couple of weeks. This makes me undecided about whether or not to start infusing my oil now before I go or to wait until after. Will not shaking the oil everyday for over a week still give me a successful infusion?
