Unfortunately this might be a tough one to provide. I’ve also been looking on the government website for this information and cannot find it. I think they are really trying to stop people from making NHP’s without licensing them, which is problematic for anyone who wants to start a small local business. I will keep asking and looking around and see what I can find. If anything comes up, I will let you know.
