Hello Friends!
My name is Allyson and I am absolutely thrilled to be here. I just severely rolled my ankle so with my day job out of the way for a while I am excited to dive in full time.
I have always been drawn to the natural outdoors. I have grown up gardening and now have an established garden of my own. I have also been trying(sometimes succeeding)to maintain a clean diet and lifestyle. This program is the start of tying my passions and goals together.
Yesterday I found myself (with my dog) crawling through the wet grass in a dress, dragging my swollen limb behind me harvesting dandelion greens and flowers, comfrey and lilac for my latest concoctions…I couldn’t have been happier.
