Thank you. You would use the method I suggested. If it is already mixed together then a 1:3 tincture can be made with the whole tea as you wish. Or if all of these plants are separate then I would suggest making 1:3 tinctures of each plant separately.
If the tea is already mixed an example of 1:3 is: 120g of plant material and 390 mL of alcohol (or menstruum) if you use the whole tea mix, but you can make however much tincture you would like, just adjust the volume of alcohol (menstruum) according to how much plant material you use.
