Hi Amanda,
Personally I am not well versed in the first 3-4 herbs really but I do know of them. I think, ultimately, the best course of action here is to check in with a herbalist if these herbs are meant for you. I’m wondering where you got the tincture formula and rest of the herbs? It seems like perhaps they would be for something specific such as lymes?
PRC has a free student clinic that could certainly help guide you a bit more clearly with these if you wish. Here’s the links to book an appointment: https://pacificrimcollege.janeapp.com/#/phytotherapy-instructor

The safety and dosage would be different depending on how old your baby/child is along with your health and the specific situation. Since we can’t really give specific health advice on this platform, I would say that an appointment with the herbalists at PRC would be a good choice. Or if this is in regards to Lymes disease, I would highly recommend seeing a Registered Herbalist or Naturopath that has a focus on Lymes You might be able to find someone close to you or that does online appointments via the Herbalist Association websites (E.g. BC, AB, NB, ON, & NS all have herbalist associations) or Regional Naturopathic Association websites.
With warmth and best of luck,
Benna
