Good morning,
This is a bit of a course-unrelated question, but herbs-based all the same so thought I’d ask, for my own piece of mind.
Does anyone know anything about the below herbs in relation to safety while breastfeeding?
Cryptolepis
Alchornea
Sida
Isatis
Chinese Skullcap
Japanese Knotweed
Houttuynia
Cat’s Claw
Not sure of the dosages (the first 4 our in one tincture, the rest are in a second tincture)
Any insight would be wonderful.
