Yes you are right, the beeswax didn’t end up in the ingredients list in the guidebook. There is a note below the class video for the beeswax amount. 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp (~ 10 grams) beeswax pastilles (or grated from a chunk works too!)
My best suggestion to find good quality bees wax is to go to a farmers market near you or look into bee keepers/farmers as close to you as possible. Have a chat with them and see if they sell beeswax (most of them do) and learn a little about their process.
