However, I can agree with you that abdominal pain makes for a difficult answer choice, so I have removed that choice and put in Lumbago instead. The key with choosing TCM Illnesses, is that you have to choose the two that are the most pressing. In this case, the masses need to be dispersed in order to help the stranguria.
