Thanks so much for your guidance! I don’t mind adding a little molasses but I don’t want to add too much and I am also avoiding alcohol because I am breastfeeding. Having said that, I will be using it within 2 months and check my levels then.
I have been taking overnight infusions of nettle, oatstraw and raspberry leaf since giving birth but it seems I need a little more!
