I’m working on the assignment and I could use some guidance. How do we know maximum amount of herb per day that is safe? And does that “safe” amount change if you are combining herbs? How do we know the minimum amount of a herb per day that is minimally effective? How do we know if we have overdone it within our formulas’ based on the dose per day or even the combination of herbs that we are using? I’m not feeling sure in terms of how much of a each herb to use especially in combination with other herbs within a tincture and then also adding teas or capsules on top of that….I just want to make sure its a safe recommendation etc. Thanks!
