Phew! yes thank you Brenna…what a relief knowing that my batch of herbal honey lozenges is ok! The lozenges do have a solid give to their surface and are soft. I’ll be submitting my assignment for this recipe shortly. I won’t ever heat them either because I agree with you that they will loose their medicinal properties. I just store them in a cool dark cupboard and will be handing them out to relatives soon to use during the upcoming cold and flu season. I’ll make more after you review my recipe assignment shortly.
