Hi there,
We have some beautiful lavender growing in our garden….but I don’t know the type/species it is. I’m wondering if its safe to make lavender infused honey? Is all lavender safe for consumption? Even without knowing the type would it be okay to use for a salved or oil? Thanks for your help, as always 🙂
